We collect two distinct sets of information. One set for web site users, and one for club members.

Club members register their information at the time of applying for membership. The minimum amount of information is stored to support the management functions of the club. This data is normally collected via the application form, and held on hard copy and the club’s off-line membership database.

  • Web browser, operating system, page visit history, network location and IP address when visiting our website

What do we do with this information, and do we share it?

We use this information for controlling access to the hidden member pages on the website, and as a source of contact information to follow up on visits from non-members.

This is a website which is hosted by our trusted web hosting company. You have the right to withhold information from us and use the web site with guest access rights.

When visiting our website, Google analytics may collect information (web browser, operating system, page visit history, network location and IP address), which helps us study our users and improve the website accordingly.
